Reason for the problem:
1. The thickness of the substrate is uneven, with a significant difference in thickness.
2. The deviation of the substrate position leads to wrinkles in the composite film, and as the deviation accumulates, the degree of wrinkles will also increase accordingly.
If the substrate is a thin film material that is easily affected by humidity (such as nylon film) and experiences moisture absorption, wrinkles are prone to occur during the extrusion composite process.
4. Improper tension setting and control, inconsistent and mismatched tension in various parts.
5. Improper setting of composite pressure.
6. The axis between the silicone rubber pressure roller and the cooling steel roller is not parallel.
7. The surface of the guide roller is not clean, with foreign objects adhering, or the surface of the guide roller is uneven, with pits, scratches, bumps, and other phenomena.
terms of settlement:
1. Replace the substrate to ensure uniform thickness.
2. Adjust the position of the substrate so that it does not tilt during transportation.
3. Preheat and dry the substrate, or replace it with a substrate that has not experienced moisture absorption.
4. Adjust the tension of unwinding and rewinding to make the tension of each part adapt and match each other.
5. Adjust the pressure of the composite roller to an appropriate size according to the actual situation.
6. Adjust the relative position between the silicone rubber pressure roller and the cooling steel roller to keep them parallel.
7. Clean the surface of the guide roller, replace the damaged guide roller, and ensure that the surface of the guide roller is flat, smooth, and clean.
